We make chicken karaage, a Japanese style fried chicken, from scratch. Our recipe is very unique, but we keep the traditional Japanese style.
There are two choices for sauces. One is "Tokyo Style" and the other is "Mentai Mayo."
The Tokyo Style comes with creamy mayonnaise and spicy mayonnaise, both of which are created with our secret recipe.
Mentai Mayo comes with mayonnaise mixed with spicy cod roe. The Mentai Mayo sauce is put on top of the chicken.
