Our miso ramen is based on tonkotsu soup made of mainly pork and chicken. We mixed our original miso paste with the soup so actually our miso ramen is called as "Miso Tonkotsu Ramen." The combination of the tokotsu soup and miso is very well and popular in Japan.
Also, Spicy matches the miso very well. We have two choices for spicy. One is the regular spicy. The spicy paste is inside in the bowl when you order spicy miso ramen or Hero's spicy miso ramen. The other is "FIRE BALL." It is the 3x spicy paste. You can separately order the fire ball with any ramen.
